Personal Guarantee by the Directors of the company (majority shareholder and chairman inclusive).

Audited Accounts for the last 3 years.

Collection of post dated cheques from applicant from checked out Bank Account to cover the loan repayment period..
Two passport size pictures endorsed; name, signature, date from client and guarantor(s).
