• Copy of Import Declaration Form (IDF).


• Inspection report.


• Submission of a copy of the original bill of lading as proof of goods/items to be cleared from the port.


• Copy of estimated customs duties to be paid.


• Provision of security/collateral may be required.


• Inspection of applicant and guarantor’s work places and residences.
